Return and Exchange Policy

INITIATE RETURN / EXCHANGE

At Bulleter Apparels, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer an easy 7-day return/exchange policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free. The return/exchange window begins from the day your package is delivered.


POINTS TO FOLLOW FOR A SMOOTH EXCHANGE/RETURN

By opting for a return/exchange, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

  1. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Exchanges are allowed for the following reasons:
    • Defective items.
    • Change in size, color, or product.
  3. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags intact.
  4. Exchanges are free for the first time per order. For a second exchange, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
  5. Once an order is exchanged, it cannot be returned.
  6. For exchanges involving a lower-value product, the difference will be refunded to your original mode of payment.
  7. For exchanges involving a higher-value product, we will provide a payment link for the balance amount. Once payment is confirmed, we will initiate the exchange process.
  8. Ensure to upload a clear photo of the product with tags visible during the exchange process. If the image is unclear, the request will be rejected.
  9. If your PIN code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you must courier the product(s) to our office address at your own expense. (Shipping charges are non-refundable).

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Returns are allowed for the following reasons:
    • Defective items.
    • Change in size, color, or product.
  3. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags intact.
  4. Once an order is exchanged, it cannot be returned.
  5. For orders with multiple items, a single deduction of ₹150 will apply for returns. However, if separate return requests are initiated for each item, a ₹150 deduction will apply to each request.
  6. Products purchased under combo offers or promotional discounts are not eligible for returns. However, exchanges are allowed.
  7. If your PIN code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you must courier the product(s) to our office address at your own expense. (Shipping charges are non-refundable).
  8. Ensure to upload a clear photo of the product with tags visible during the return process. If the image is unclear, the request will be rejected.

INITIATE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Click on the return/exchange link provided below and fill in the required details.
  2. Use your order ID from the confirmation email or WhatsApp message, or log in to your account.
  3. Upload an image of the product showing the tags, the packaging, and the condition of the item.
  4. Requests are verified within 24-48 hours. Once approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled.

PROCESS FOR REVERSE PICKUP & REFUNDS

  1. After your request is approved, our courier partner (Bluedart/Delhivery/DTDC/Ecom) will pick up the item within 3-4 business days.
  2. The product will be delivered to our warehouse within 4-7 days, and quality checks will be completed in 3 business days.
  3. Refunds will be processed as follows:
    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
    • COD Orders: Refunds will be initiated via a Razorpay payout link. Customers must provide their details to receive the refund.

Refund Timelines:

  • Depending on the bank’s processing time, refunds may take 4-7 days to reflect in your account after being initiated.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

  • Ensure the product is folded neatly, with all tags attached, and packed in a plastic cover or the original packaging.
  • Write or attach your order number visibly on the package. If the order number is missing, the package may not be trackable, leading to delays in processing your refund or exchange.
  • Bulleter Apparels is not responsible for packages lost or untrackable due to missing order numbers.

FOR LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account for deposits from "Bulleter Apparels."
  2. Contact your bank to confirm any pending transactions.
