Shipping Policy

Bulleter (“we” and “us”) is the operator of https://bulleter.co (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

General

  • Stock Availability: We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; however, there may occasionally be discrepancies. If we are unable to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase, we will dispatch the available products and contact you regarding whether you would prefer to wait for restocking of the back-ordered item or receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs include both forward shipping and reverse shipping for exchanges/returns.
  • A Rs.150 deduction will apply for reverse transit of returns.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Bulleter will accept returns due to size issues, defects, or damages as long as a request to return is received within 7 days of receipt of the item. The returned items must be in original packaging, unused, with tags, and in resalable condition.
  • Once your return is received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your bank account. We will notify you once the refund has been completed via email.
  • Please note, shipping costs (Rs.150) are non-refundable.

Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In such cases, we will take steps to minimize shipment delays.

Change of Delivery Address

  • For address change requests, we can modify the delivery address anytime before dispatch.

P.O. Box Shipping

  • We can ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for P.O. box deliveries.

Military Address Shipping

  • We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are unavailable for military address shipments.

Items Out of Stock

  • If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted period, please contact us for an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

  • After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment via updates provided by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, please reach out to customer service for further assistance.

Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is already included in the price of the goods displayed on the website.

Cancellations

  • If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, cancellations are accepted. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

  • Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for Damaged Parcels in Transit

  • We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation.

  • We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation and confirmed the parcel as lost.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

  • After 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact the customer, the courier will return the shipment.
